Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Course Enrollments

• Course fees are generally non-refundable.
• Refunds only in exceptional cases (duplicate payments, technical issues).
• Requests must be made within 7 days.

2. Team Plans

• No refunds once licenses are activated.
• Cancellations must be made 14 days before renewal.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days, excluding transaction fees.
